Nvidia driver has many features that can reduce fps for low end GPUs, that's why there's modded drivers. Download here. It can boost fps significantly.
Instructions:
- Uninstall your previous driver with DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller). I recommend using safe mode options.
- Download and Run the modded driver.
